Duane A. Habeck
President
BS, Univ. of Wisconsin; Post Graduate Work - Univ. of Wisconsin, University of Chicago, Argonne National Laboratory, Northwestern University.

Mr. Habeck founded Airport Integrated Systems, Inc. (AIS) in 1983 and Integrated Decision Engineering Analysis, Inc. (IDEA) in 2003. He led project teams at LAX (Bechtel, HNTB, and others) in providing risk management assessment and vulnerability assessment after September 11. He also led a project team at DIA is assessing and mitigating potential Y2K failures, business continuity and contingency plans. He has directed major technology and business projects with major corporations such as AT & T and Siemens throughout his career.
Robert A. Grow
Director, Infrastructure Development
MS, Aeronautical Engineering, AF Institute of Technology; BS, Engineering Mechanics - USAF Academy.

Mr. Grow has extensive information management experience in military and industrial applications. He helped develop security IT document management solutions for LAX and has had responsibility with AIS for development of client business work flow analysis, business operational processes, and definition of technology requirements. He directed site infrastructure projects and project management processes as past Project Engineering Manager at Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site.
Dr. Robert E. Ripley
Director of Knowledge Management
Ph.D. Consulting and Educational Psychology, Univ. of Minnesota; MA, Personnel Administration, Univ. of Minnesota; BA, Personnel Psychology, Univ. of Minnesota.

Dr. Ripley has over 30 years of experience in management development and organizational assessment methods and strategies of effectively implementing change. He is a licensed psychologist and has authored books and articles on subjects such as management and organizational development. He is Director and COO of BestPersonnelFit (FPF) Academy and has acted as professor at University of Minnesota, Iowa State University, and Arizona State University.
